Prior to establishing the company, Eugene worked for twelve years at one of Australia’s largest Strata Management company – Bright & Duggan. His position as Senior Strata manager involved handling properties ranging from two unit buildings to eight hundred plus unit schemes. The scope of his work encompassed staged developments, shared facilities, commercial, residential and industrial blocks, high-rise and villa type buildings.
In 2007 Eugene was invited to join Australia’s largest development company Meriton Apartments, as executive Strata Manager.
His responsibilities included a position advising the director Chairman on all aspects of Strata management, coordinating work processes to rectify building defects, analyzing tender documents, implementing savings measures, liaising with the Body Corporate on all Strata schemes previously built by the company. His exposure to the building industry allowed him to develop expertise in project management and an understanding of all aspects of buildings.
He also established the Meriton Strata Management Company becoming first director and licensee.
